At Makeup By Frankie & FRANKIEBRUSH★, our returns policy is 14 days.
If you are unhappy with, or no longer want your items, we will refund the payment**. Providing the items are in a re-sellable condition (unused, unopened, and in their original packaging).
**Personalised items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, as they are made to order.
Please note that original postage fees are non-refundable.
Once the goods have been returned, and providing they are in a re-sellable condition, we aim to process the refund within 14 days.
It is our customer’s responsibility to ensure the return arrives safely back to us. Either by tracked postage, or drop-off at The Studio ★.
